At this time, Dynasty Designs Furniture ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Dynasty Designs Furniture ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and Handling is free of charge courtesy of Dynasty Designs Furniture. Delivery dates are also estimated in good faith, but are not guaranteed. When you receive your furniture, inspect your furniture for damage. It is your responsibility to note any damage or defects on the signed delivery receipt. Once the delivery receipt is signed off and there are no indications of any problems we do not have any recourse with the freight companies or manufacturers.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax (currently 8.75%) will be charged on all items to California residents.

Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Dynasty Designs Furniture reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Delivery and Damage All orders are shipped in good condition. Goods should be inspected upon arrival. If furniture is damaged, you MUST describe the damage on the bill of lading before the driver leaves. In most cases the furniture will be returned for repair or replacement at the expense of the carrier or the customer. If you do not properly report damages (all details in their entirety) on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery, we cannot accept later claims. You will be contacted by the delivery service prior to delivery in order to agree on a day and general eight-hour time window for you to receive your order. NOTE: We employ third party delivery companies and are not responsible for delivery. We will track your order as set forth herein and assist you with any manufacturer or delivery related claims. If no one is at home when delivery is attempted, you will incur a minimum re-delivery charge of $95.00 per order - So be sure to have someone there to receive your delivery during the time window the delivery service has given you. If your home is not accessible to the delivery truck, we will transport your merchandise to the nearest accessible point and it will be your responsibility to provide a means of transportation from the truck to your home. You may incur a remote delivery surcharge if your ship-to address falls outside of the geographical area normally served by our carriers. Email us for details. Repairs and replacement We will arrange repair or replacement, in our sole discretion, products which do not conform to the manufacturer's specifications. Furniture may be repaired in your home or may be returned to the manufacturer for repair. Order Cancellation: Furniture orders are non-returnable and non-refundable Once your order is placed with DynastyDesignsFurn.com, we will submit it to the manufacturer on your behalf. At this point, DynastyDesignsFurn.com is financially obligated to purchase the furniture from the manufacturer. For this reason, we don't accept order cancellations. Any exception to the cancellation policy will be solely at DynastyDesignsFurn.com’s discretion. If www.DynastyDesignsFurn.com deems it appropriate to cancel an order, it will be subject to a 33% cancellation / restocking fee as well as actual shipping charges. No orders are shipped “On approval” so as to determine quality, finish, color or fit. You must be sure what you order you want. We will not take furniture back on the basis that it does not fit. The customer is responsible for understanding the furniture dimensions and measuring their home to insure that the furniture ordered will fit in the designated areas.
